Special thanks got to Dennis and Margaret Gee for organising the Mid-winter lunch we had at the club today. The torrential rain that we had over night left the greens covered with water but as the afternoon progressed the sky brightened and added to the day. The meal produced by Raewyn’s Restaurant was really good and meant that there was no need for a large meal this evening.
I was a little disappointed that more members were not able to be with us to enjoy the meal and company and to make Dennis and Margaret feel that all their work had been worth while. I assure them that those present endorsed the thanks given to them by President Paul
