A 10.00am start today for the final of the Centre 2x4x2 Pairs and we had a good turnout at the club to watch our team, Jim Bagnall and Bill Clelland play for the win against G Welply and K Borrett from the Paraparaumu Beach Bowling Club.
Our players had a good start in the early part of the game but their opponents slowly caught up and passed our players. Competition was close right to the end but the15th end resulted in the win for the Paraparaumu Beach team with the score at 15-12. Our congratulations go to both teams.
