It is with sadness that I have to tell members and friends that Coral Mills passed away today.
For many years Coral performed at a high standard with her bowls and her name shows up consistently on the Honours Board with her record in all events.
It was also to her credit that she was a great helper in duties and activities that helped run the club.
For many years she served on the Executive and Match Committees, was a regular Bar helper, noted as our raffle organizer; just so ready to help where and when help was needed.
Indoor bowls also was a game she played during the winter months and in recent times, she enjoyed the company of others around the card table.
Recently, Coral was thanked for all her years playing and helping the club and its members, by making her an Honorary Member.
It will be hard for us all who have known Coral for so many years, not to see her at the club.
We will miss her greatly.
