Congratulations go to Noel McCutcheon and Steve Felgitscher for winning the Centre Junior Pairs played at Waikanae B.C. over the last two days. The report on the KCBC Website says:
Qualifiers had to contend with a weather affected day of bowls at Waikanae Bowling Club today, but thankfully, the event was completed by days end.
This years worthy winners are Noel McCutcheon & Steve Felgitscher of Levin Bowls, with Terry Corrigan & Graeme Elliott of Waikanae taking the Runners Up prize for the second year in a row.
Going by the scores, they had a close game in the semifinal, winning 13-12 but had a comfortable winning score in the final 19-7.
