You needed to be a tough guy today if you were to play in the Men’s Triples 2 bowl Gala. Though it was a fine day, it was quite cold and a strong gusty SW wind was blowing. This made playing your bowls accurately quite a challenge for all players – some succeeded while others struggled throughout the day.
It was a pity that only 10 teams took part but in spite of conditions, all seemed to enjoy the challenges facing them.
