Though not the most successful day at Pennants, our men’s and women’s teams did their best representing the club.
Our women returned from their games without a win and our men, playing in Division Three at Waikanae, had one success playing against the local team. Rob Cotter, whose team had the win, told me that the green was running fast and it took a while for his players to settle, but once this was achieved, they went on for a win.
