Levin Bowling Club members win the Centre Grassroots event for the second year in a row.

Further success for Levin Bowling Club.

Four Levin teams contested  the above event over the weekend 21^st/22^nd May. Two of the teams reached the semi finals of the main event,  Pat Albert (s), Donna Gripp (2) and Stacey Thomas (Lead) and the team of Jim Bagnall (s), Peter Brown (2) and Diana McGill (Lead).

Unfortunately, Pat Albert’s team lost their semi-final. But Jim Bagnall’s team won theirs and went on to beat a Waikanae team in the final to finish the weekend unbeaten.

This success follows on from another Levin team winning the Grassroots event last year.
