Winter Sunday 2x4x2 Galas:
The winter Sunday 2x4x2 pairs were over subscripted last year and so Rob Cotter added more Sundays for those that were disappointed they had missed out. This year the match committee wanted to address this issue and have decided to have this event in pairs, the first two being 1A and 1B. The next two would be 2A and 2B and so on. Members can only enter either an A or B for each number but can change the letter for the next pair. For example a team can enter in 1B and 2A.
If an event isn’t filled:
However if there are any vacancies on the Monday six days before the event is scheduled to be played then it is open to anyone. For an example; 1A isn’t fill and therefore someone in 1B will be allowed to fill the vacancy once it is opened up to everyone.
Please note:
There are changes to the winter 2017 programme in the hand book which was written 10 months ago. The website has the correct changes for our club championships, galas and tournaments. I will create a new winter programme document with the correct information of events dates and will email it soon. I will also put it on the notice board. This should be done within a week.

Shoota Ballinger is the event controller for Sunday winter 242 galas.
You are encouraged to enter online but you can enter by ringing either Hazel / Shoota or enter on the sheets in the club house.
