Our annual St Pat’s Gala was again held today and we thank Mitchpine for once again being our Sponsor.
It was another lovely day for bowls, the green was running really well and all who took part had no excuses for not playing good bowls.
In her address to all the players at then end of the day’s play, Margaret Griffin paid special thanks to Pat Hansen for her work throughout the day in the kitchen, the green staff for having the green prepared and a special mention to the team of ladies who came from Shannon which prevented the club having to have a bye.
