Ken Hayward, our men’s selector, has announced the teams for the first round of the Men’s Interclub to be played on Sunday 4 October as follows:
SUPER 7’s to play Waitarere Beach at their green, 9 am start
Singles: S Ballinger
Pairs: K Hayward (s), R Cotter
Fours: N Turnbull (s), I Wenham (3), S Felgitscher (2), O Feaunati (l)
RESERVE 7’S to play Otaki at Levin, 9 am start
Singles: B Paquin
Pairs: F Adams (s), R Spicer
Fours: B Cooper (s), P Gardner (3), B Thompson (2), S Riwaka (l)
A practice will be held for the teams at our club at 4 pm on Friday 2nd October.
The format will be Super 7’s v Reserve 7’s
Let’s hope the weather has cleared up by then so that we can use the cotula green.
