Not being satisfied with having 4 teams out of eight in the semi finals of the under 8 Kapiti Coast Centres Women’s and Men’s Triples events, Levin Bowls achieved 75% of the qualifiers for the semi finals in the Kapiti Coast Centres 2x4x2 Junior event. Ralda Adams and Stacy Thomas had a good lead in their semi final but lost their way to lose this match to Paraparaumu. However in the other semi final we had two teams, the husband and wife combination of Bella & Grahame Law who lost narrowly to Jenny Watt and Patrick Albert. Jenny and Pat went on to beat Paraparaumu in a great final and win their first Kapiti Coast Centre title, well done guys and a fantastic result by our up and coming bowlers.
