The forecast doesn’t look too bad for tomorrow when the two day Oxford Finance Mixed Triples tournament is due to start. I’m not sure how many teams Margaret has got registered but I’m hopeful that the green will be full.
After lunch today, I was drawn to the club by a warm sun, so decided that a roll-up would be a good idea. While some people played Housie inside, Paul, Omeka and Murray joined me for a game of 2x4x2. By the time we stopped around 3.30pm there had been a dramatic change of temperature; takes only a cloud to block out the sun and the cold becomes very noticeable.
We are all hoping that tomorrow will turn out to be OK….time will tell.
