Conditions were just great for Day 1 of the BUPA Gala held at the club today with sunshine most of the day.
There was a full green to play 8 ends of triples and games got under way smartly at 9.30am.
At the time of writing, I understand that there was only 1 team that went through with 4 wins. Tomorrow teams will be put into sections of four to play round robin and I will let you all what happens throughout the day.
