At least 3 of our teams had reached the Post-section of the KCBC Pairs but the going was tough today and saw our teams being knocked out in their first game.
Ra and Alice went down in a close game 16-18 by a Waikanae team which then played Diane and Hazel who had had a bye. The Waikanae team again won, this time the score was 18-11.
Fred and Omeka after their bye, also went down, the score 13-21 to D Ryan from Paraparaumu Beach.
Perhaps not the progress that we all hoped for our players, but still we congratulate them on getting so far. Perhaps next year!!
