It was Uniform night at Business House Bowls tonight – clothing that is, not necessarily in play!
It was great to see teams really getting into the evening’s play, showing their skills on the green, having fun and now dressing up to advertise their team as well.

This coming Saturday will see the start of the Men’s Open Singles.
It’s good to see so many players entering this event and because of the numbers, both greens will have to be used. The draw was made this afternoon and players have been put into sets of four. To qualify for post-section play, the winner of each section after playing 3 rounds, will go forward. Fine weather is forecast and there should be a lot of fine play as well.
