Certainly ti was the Olympic Games that started today in London, but it could have been one of their events being played here in Levin. The weather was fine, a good turnout of participants and even a special spectator was in attendance.
Playing on Rink1 were Trevor and Ken and they are here
discussing their team’s play during the afternoon to a special visitor.
It was ‘welcome back’ to club member Francis Wilson, a Full Club Member but who hasn’t been able to play recently because of ill health. Nice for us to see him back; hope he will soon be fit enough to join us back on the green.
