Frosty start so decided that today I would put on my thermal singlet! By 2.00pm I was wondering why, as the sun was out and it was quite warm ..but it didn’t last and the cold air was soon back and I was again happy with my decision.
Only 10 teams today but good competition for all.
A nice afternoon tea, ending with us all singing Happy Birthday to our Gala organiser, Margaret Griffin.
Gala Results:
1st – Joe and Lodzia Wnek with Marie Anstis leading – the only team with 4 wins
2nd – May Thompson, Jack Willis and Gwen McLauchlan with 3 wins and 18 ends.
