All Is Well

Good news. Have just phoned Colin and he is home from his visit to Palmerston North Hospital. He gave us a bit of a fright at today’s roll-up when he became unwell, but after a visit from St John’s Ambulance, he went off with them to Palmerston and after a check up, he is now back in Levin.  Look after yourself Colin.

Those of us at the club today received our ordered new club shirt and we will soon be seen on the greens, wearing green!

I took my latest Blog Booklet to the club today, Volume 13. I make a copy from my Blog for those members who do not have or use Internet.

All is well for Murray at the moment, still able to bowl even with a sore knee. It has necessitated a different

delivery style but it has not stopped him playing the game.  Today, on the next rink to me, I was aware of the number of times he drove at the head… and with accuracy. We all heard the contact noise when his bowl hit the target. Lots of laughter from Omeka as well!

Murray in action – Forehand or Backhand??
