Teams all ready and off we started at 12.00 today, 7 rinks used by the fourteen teams and in pleasing weather.
Three games of eight ends were played and final results after all games had been completed were based on the number of wins followed by ends won.
Always tight play in the last round, and today was no different; what looked like the winning team went down in their game. Four teams finally won all their games and prizes were presented to the following teams:

2nd Fred Adams(s), Joan Hayward, Omeka Feaunati – 3 wins, 16 ends, 39 points.
3rd Trevor Turnbull (s), Bronwyn McMahon, Lana Mahupuku – 3 wins, 16 ends, 34 pointsPleasing wins for Trevor and his team, his first time I believe. My team also had three wins but missed out by an end.
